Strength Power Snatches x 2 TNG E90SEC first 3 rounds E2MIN last 3 rounds  (6 rounds): Start light and progressively increase in weight as long as form allows and you are able to complete 2 TNG’s

WOD – 13 Min AMRAP

10 Hang power snatches (95/65)

15 Pull ups (mod-banded/ring rows)

20 Med ball sit ups (20/14)

***Grip intensive, be careful of hands. If you feel like you might tear go to mod movement***
