We will be meeting at Fronterra Park for our Saturday WOD. Immediately following the workout we will be hosting a BBQ to congratulate Craig and celebrate his 2nd place finish at the CrossFit Games this year! We will provide hamburgers and hotdogs, please bring a side to share and drinks. Park permit only allows 3.2% alcohol and no glass bottles.

Team 1 Run 400
Team 2 AMRAP of (1 person completes all 3 movements then switch):
5 Sandbag Power Cleans (from ground)
5 Sandbag squats
5 Sandbag Shoulder to over head
When team 1 returns from run team 2 runs and team 1 completes sandbag AMRAP.
