Skill wu 12 min Cycle of following:  Rope climbs 2/1, 30 sec. L-sit, 30 sec. superman, 20 air squats, 200 meter row

 

WOD – Every 2Min (10 Rds)

First 2 min -Row 27/20 calories

Second 2 min- 15 Wall Balls + 20 abmat sit ups (20/14)

Rest the remainder of the 2 min and then switch exercises

**Will alternate thru each station 5 times**
