The basis of the nutrition challenge is going to promote a healthy way of living starting at the base level – our nutrition. The model we are going to follow in the challenge will be Paleo. Paleo is the original way humans ate during the Paleolithic/caveman era. Lean meats, vegetables, some fruit, nuts and seeds. We are not going to introduce a frustrating “diet” to you, nor introduce you to any type of agreement you have to follow, we are providing the tools and foundation for a healthier lifestyle. Ultimately, the choice will be yours to eat the way our bodies are designed to eat!
