This recipe doesn’t come from a cookbook or a paleo blog, this is one home made, tried and true, perfectly yummy protein packed deliciousness!!
What you’ll need to make a double serving:
1/2 Cup Ice
1/2 Cup Coconut Milk (So Delicious or Silk)
1/2 Cup (use as much as you’d like) of frozen or raw fruit. You may use berries, bananas, peaches etc…
1 scoop of your preferred protein powder (We recommend the Stronger Faster Healthier Recovery Protein) You may use chocolate or vanilla.
Blend… pour… enjoy
