Warm-up- Partner Row/Slam Ball-Then Wall balls: Partner #1 rows until partner #2 reaches 50 slam balls then switch. 2 total rounds. Partners then perform 75 partner wall balls (One throws, the other catches. Every time ball hits target counts as one rep.
