Warm-up Tabata x 2: #1- Row all 8 segments for max meters, #2 light wall balls/DU’s

WOD -EMOM

Wall balls (20/14) start at 1 and add 1 per minute until failure

***If you fail, take next minute off. Then continue every other minute hitting max reps achieved and resting every other minute until last person is done.
