100 – Wall Balls 20/14#

1 person begins the WB, while the other runs 200 meters with a plate 35/25#, switch accordingly

80 – Pole Jumps – 12/16″

1 person begins the PJ, while the other runs 200 meters with a plate 35/25#, switch accordingly

40 – Sit-up’s

Both complete 40 one at a time and both must run 1 finale 200 with a plate
