July 24th – Death by Wallballs & Burpees

Strength Back Squat 1 x 8 @ 65%, 1 x 4 @ 75%  3 x 3 @ 85%

WOD – 15 Min EMOM

1 Wall ball (20/14)-Add one each minute

1 Burpee- Add one each minute

If you fail, finish the 15 minutes by alternating a rest minute with a working minute using the reps from last successful minute. Score is last successful minute completed without fail.
