WOD – 5 rounds each
Team 1 – Run 400 Meters
Team 2- AMRAP of:
15-Partner Wallballs (total, not each)
15-Partner Medball Situps (total, not each)
15-Medball Push-ups (split however you like)
Once team 1 returns from run, team 2 runs and team 1 is completing AMRAP. Pick up where you left off on the AMRAP when you return from runs. WOD is over once both teams have completed 5 runs each.
