Strength Squat clean + Front squat E90sec x 6: Start light, use first 1-2 sets as further warmup. Increase in weight on subsequent rounds.

10 Hang Squat clean (185/125)

10 Burpees

5 Hang Squat clean (225/155)

5 Burpees
