Warmup/Skill Thrusters x 2 consecutive E2Min x 5 rounds: Increase weight gradually each round. Try to reach or surpass your intended WOD weight by round 4

WOD – 10 Min AMRAP

Thrusters (135/95)

Perform 10 minutes of thrusters, starting with and performing 3 bar facing burpees at the top of each minute.  Score is thrusters accomplished. This is designed to suck, if it doesn’t you aren’t doing it right!!
