• Crossfit Level 1 Certification
I am a wife and mother of two amazing children. I love being a fitness role model for both of them to keep them active and to have fun with them doing physical activities. We have made lifelong friends at the Anchor Crossfit Gym.
I was introduced to Crossfit in early 2013, did one painfully, amazing workout, and was hooked. I still look forward to the WOD every day. I strive to be better than I was yesterday and that means I never stop learning and keep my mind open to new ideas and possibilities. To be better than yesterday, I must also practice what I learn (over and over, and over again).
I was born and raised in a small town in Kansas. My father taught me the love of fitness by running with me when I was in high school. I played volleyball, basketball, cheerleading and ran track throughout my high school years. To this day, I participate in a variety of activities including skiing, hiking, running, and jumping on a trampoline! As soon as I graduated from Kansas State University, I moved to Colorado. I joined a gym the first week here, and was certified to teach step aerobics.
I became a Certified Crossfit Level 1 coach in January of 2015 to encourage others to be the best that they can be mentally and physically!
Phillipians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
