Strength Back Squats 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 (60% thru 85%): Warm up and start first set @ 60-65% of 1RM. Drop reps by 2 and increase weight by 5% each set for 5 sets.

 

WOD – 15 Min EMOM

1) Row 12/8 calories

2) 12 Burpees (mod- 35 seconds of burpees)

3) 15 KB swings (24/16)
