March 24th – CrossFit Open 17.5

Reminder no 6:45 PM FIT class. 4-6 PM WODs are open gym. Come in, get warmed-up and start whenever you are ready. Last WOD just after 6pm to be wrapped up around 6:30pm.

WOD – 10 Rounds for time

9- Thrusters 95/65# (scaled 65/45#)

35 Double Unders (scaled singles 1:1)

We encourage, that, if you anticipate this workout taking you longer than 25 minutes to consider scaling. If you routinely use these weights on a normal basis and are proficient at double-unders, this workout is very doable within 25 minutes max.
