Strength Back Squat 5 x 5 @ 60-80 %: Start @ 60% and jump up 5% each subsequent set until your 5th set is at 80%.

WOD – 3RFT

15 Goblet Squats (24/16) RX+= (32/24)

200m Farmers carry (Switch hands when you want, but may only carry with one hand at a time)

15 HRPU

***RX+ is intended to make a longer, harder workout for those who can make the time cap with room to spare***
