WOD – 7 rounds
Team 1 – Run 200 together w/Med ball
Team 2 – AMRAP of (switch as needed):
10- Box Jumps
15- Push-Ups
20- Partner Med Ball Sit-ups
2 people per team. While team 1 is running, team 2 is completing AMRAP. Once team 1 makes it back to gym, team 2 runs and team 1 completes AMRAP. Pick up where you left off in AMRAP each round. Each team will run 7x and complete AMRAP 7x
