150 Pull ups – One person working at a time

150 HRPU – One person working at a time

500 DU’s – (1000 Singles) – May work at same time

Solo- Halve everything (75, 75, 250/500)

RX+=C2B pull ups

***Must complete each exercise before moving on to next***
