Strength Bench Press 6 x 4 @ 75-85% 1RM: Warm up to 75% for first set, determine from there if you want to go up. Go for the higher percentages if able to make all 4 without a spot. Remember, one forced or assisted rep per set on the final couple of sets is a good thing if you have a good spotter.
