ROWING CLASSES

You read correctly…Anchor is now offering Rowing only classes! Now you have no excuse not to come and check us out!

Fridays @ 6pm

Due to limited rower availability IT IS IMPORTANT that you SIGN-UP for each class to avoid not having enough space. Sign-up here

No additional cost to current Anchor members (will count as one of your weekly visits), and $10 per session for non-members.

Our Rowing classes will utilize Concept 2 rowing machines to bring you a variable interval, full body, low-impact workout. We will also incorporate additional core exercises on a regular basis. The class setting will help motivate and encourage you to push yourself, all while having fun in a safe environment.

Why Rowing? Why not spinning??

A 50-minute rowing class can burn up to 1,200 calories, twice as many as spinning. Every stroke requires you to work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, abs, obliques, pecs, biceps, triceps, deltoids, upper back, and lats.
