ROWING CLASSES

You read correctly…Anchor is now offering Rowing only classes! Now you have no excuse not to come and check us out!

Tuesdays @ 7pm

Due to limited rower availability IT IS IMPORTANT that you SIGN-UP for each class to avoid not having enough space.

Cost is $8 per session or you can buy discounted 6 and 12 visit punch cards.

Current Anchor CrossFit members will receive a special $6 per visit rate (discount given at checkout)

Our Rowing classes will utilize Concept 2 rowing machines to bring you a variable interval, full body, low-impact workout. We will also incorporate additional core exercises on a regular basis. The class setting will help motivate and encourage you to push yourself, all while having fun in a safe environment.

Why Rowing? Why not spinning??

A 50-minute rowing class can burn up to 1,200 calories, twice as many as spinning. Every stroke requires you to work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, abs, obliques, pecs, biceps, triceps, deltoids, upper back, and lats.
