1000 row – one works, one holds planl partners may switch whenever they want, but if partner comes out of plank rowers must switch

10 – Burpees each (may work at same time)

20 – Ground to Overhead total (must split evenly) 95/65

30 – Pull ups total (one working at a time, split up any way partners choose)

40 – Partner Wall balls (each time ball hits wall = 1) 20/14

50 – Sumo Deadlift High Pulls total (one working at a time, split up any way partners choose) 95/65

75 – Thrusters total (one working at a time, split up any way partners choose ) 95/65

After 75 Thrusters, work back up list and finish with row

Score- total reps completed (Row = 1)

Time Cap = 40 minutes
