Partner A – 14 DU or 28 singles

Partner B – Max Wall ball (Even)

Switch – Partner B 14 DU and Partner B Wall Ball

Partner A – 13 DU or 26 singles

Partner B – Max Push-up (odd)

Repeat this sequence all the way down to 1 (each person doing the DU and the odd/even movement)

Score is total reps of wall ball and push-up combined
