200 – Killer Ropes – partner squat hold
25 – Burpee Plate Lunge = 2 lunges/5 burpees
Split the work however necessary – while one person is working the other is in the static position
if the position is lost then you must stop rowing/jumping or switch. On the BPL you will just alternate until
complete.
