CrossFit Kids

Strength – Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes complete 6 stone 2 shoulder (3 per side) – increase in weight as you are able (5 total sets)

WOD

4 Rounds for time:

12 – Push-up

12 – Dead lift – 225/155#

12 – Lateral bar jumps (over and back is 1)

12 – Handstand Push-up or L-seated KB press – 12/16K
