WOD…April 1st…Gymnasty!

CrossFit Juniors

Skill/WU – 3 rNfT – 3 x sled pull – 3 MU or MU attempts (sub 2 pull-up and 2 ring dip per MU) – 5 HSPU SAP.  Pull-ups and rings dips can be banded as required to get full ROM.  HSPU can be on boxes in a full pike (on the toes not knees) or kick to hand stand with a slow descent and when at the bottom drive hands into the ground for a 5 count trying to lift off the ground.
