CrossFit Kids

Strength – Strict press – Work up to a 5 rep max strict press and then complete 5 x 5.  Make sure to rest adequately between each set to ensure a 5 rep max during each set.


Partner Row

2 Rounds for time

500m – 400m – 300m – 200m – 100m

Each person will row their respective meters while the other person rests.
