CrossFit Kids

Strength – Back Squat – Warm-up to 3 rep max and then complete 5 x 3


Three rounds for time of:

50 – Calorie row

15 – Handstand push-ups

50 – Double-unders

More than 12 Athletes; staggered start with at least 3 rowers empty at the start.  Also, start those doing singles first.  As a back-up have 24/16k KB available for 50 high pulls in the event there is not a rower available.
