100 – Jumping Squats – 1 person working at a time while the other holds plank

80 – Mountain Climbers – left right is 1 – 1 person at a time while other holds plank

60 – Push-ups – 1 person working while the other holds plank

40 – Overhead Walking Lunge – 35/45# – 1 person works while other holds plank

20 – Burpee over partner – both do 20

10 – Star Jumps – both do 10
