WOD…April 6th…Partner!

Partner Stations

3 min – Banger Blocks

30 second rest

3 min – Stone 2 Shoulder

30 second rest

3 min – WB over bar – 20/14″

30 second rest

3 min – Jumping lunge

Finish last exercise with a 400 meter run

Each station you will alternate and accumulate reps.  During the 30 second rest you will give total reps for that movement.

WOD is over when both partners return from the 400m run.
