WOD…April 7th…3 Rounds!

Skill/WU – 3 people holding plank – Each person completes 5 push-ups until all have reached 25 – if 1 drops plank you all stop. Handstand progression – 1 round with 3 wall facing wall walks– 1 round with wall facing wall walk and 20 sec static hold – 1 round with 3 attempts of kick to wall supporting yourself with 1 foot on the wall and trying to hold a freestanding handstand – Finish with 2-3 attempts of handstand walks.
