Part A – Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets):

20 – Walking Lunges (1 KB in each hand AHAP)

Part B – Every 3 minutes, for 15 minutes (5 sets)

Bench Press (4-6 reps)

Part C – 3 sets of:

Single arm KB row x 8

Rest 45 seconds

Hollow Hold – accumulate 60 seconds

Rest 45 seconds
