25 – Prisoner Lunges (same as standard lunge with hands at the back of your head elbows back with scapula engaged) – Each person completes 25 while your partner holds a plank – no plank – no lunge
25 – KB Burpees – Alternate
25 – Air Squats – Both
400 meter Run
