Skill 2 – Plank Work – 3 rounds of 1 minute (accumulated) elbow plank – 30 sec side plank (each side)

40 – Power Snatch – 95/65#

40 – OHS – 95/65#

Every 90 seconds 5 burpees – must finish PS before OHS
