Leave KB and run back
2 rounds of the following (switch as needed)

30 – Mountain Climber
Advance KB to 400m mark
30 goblet squats each
Leave KB and run back
2 rounds of the following (switch as needed)
20 – WB shots
20 – Burpees
Retrieve KB from the 400m mark – farmers carry
Alternate as needed on the farmers carry. DO NOT DROP KB!
