Skill w/u Tabatas: #1– Row x 4/DU’s x 4   #2– Mtn climbers/light wall balls- alternate movements.

Skill w/u emom 10 KB swings for 5 minutes

DU’s 80/40/20 (2 to 1 singles)

HSPU 21/15/9 (mod- Seated KB presses or box assisted hspu)

(Time Cap 20 minutes)
