Strength – W/U to 75% of 1 rep Squat Snatch and then complete 5 sets of 3. De-load to 60% and complete 3 sets of 5 OHS.
WOD
5 rounds, each 3 minutes long, of:
10 – Front Squat – 135/95# – no rack
20 sit-ups
AMRAP air squats with remaining time.
Rest 2 minutes between rounds – (total WOD time 23 minutes including rest)
Score is total air squats completed for all 5 rounds.
