Partner WOD

4 rounds of:

5 min max effort, 1 min rest


Partner A – row for calories,

Partner B – AMRAP of

4 push ups,

8 KB swings,

16 double unders

If more than 12 teams we will share rowers and alternate 1 min on and 1 min ab mat sit-up while partner B completes the work.  Score will be total rounds + reps + calories.
