WOD December 24th – 12 Days of Christmas

1- Plate Get-up

2- OH Plate Lunge (L+R=1)

3- Shoulder to OH 115/85#

4- Burpees

5- Russian twist (L+R=1)

6- Hand Release Push-ups

7- Plank to Elbow

8- Front Squat 115/85#

9- KB Swing 24/16k

10- Double-unders (modx3)

11- Toes to bar (mod knee raises)

12- Plate Ground to OH

Complete as follows: 1; 2,1; 3,2,1; 4,3,2,1…

You will be working in teams of 2 and both be completing the entire workout (I go, you go). Only 1 barbell per team, change weights if required!
