Each time you break perform abmat sit-ups
If you can do 5-10 push-ups unbroken you will do 15 sit-ups each break, up to 20 do 20 abmat situp, and more than 20 do 25 abmat situp.
Coming out of plank (butt up/hip sag), resting at the bottom, readjusting if doing modified push-up’s are all considered a “break”
