“Pet Rock”

Row 1000 m – You can do this with 4 x 250, 2 x 500, or 1 x 1000 (base it on your partners ability to hold the KB)

50 – Burpees

50 – Lateral jumps – 16/20” – over and back is “1”

50 – Med ball Sit-up

50 – Ground to Overhead – 95/55#

*One partner works while other holds kettlebell, 24/16K.  Add 20 seconds to your total every time kettlebell touches the floor.   Cannot rest on shoulder or lap/quad in a squat/lunge.
