Warm-up

Jumping some rope

WOD

Partner for reps and meters

3 minutes per station with 1 minute rest between stations

Station #1 – Tire Flips

Station #2 – Tire Jump up (alternate jumps with your partner counting 1 rep when both have completed their jump)

Station #3 – Row (total meters of both rowers)

Station #4 – KB Swing – 24/16K (alternate swings counting 1 rep when each partner completes their swing)
