Strength – 5 TnG Squat snatch – 4 TnG Squat Snatch – 3 – 2- 1…2 minutes rest between sets – warm-up to starting weight for 5 and then increase weight as you go

4:00 min – 30 lateral BB Burpees – 75/55# Power Snatch
4:00 min – Rest
4:00 min – 20 lateral BB burpees – 115/75#
4:00 min – Rest
4:00 min – 10 lateral BB burpees – 155/115#
