Gymnastics Day 1 + Lateral Push-up ( slightly wider arm position bend one arm while bringing your body towards the bent arm touching the ground with your chest) – 3 per side

Partner Row – Teams of 2 or 3

1000m

1st person rows 250 then 2nd person rows 250 while the other rests – repeat for 500, 750, and 1000m.

Score is total time for both to finish. With 3 people you will row a total of 5250m – 1st round 250m each and then 3 rounds of 500m each.
