Strength – Clean and Jerk – 5-5-5-5-5 not to exceed 70%, but increasing on each set

6 minutes to complete – 300m Row – 30 OH walking lunge – 45/25# – and 25 HRPU

Record time for each of the 3 rounds. Once completed your rest time is the remainder of the 6 minutes.
