WOD…Feb 27th…”Grinder”!

Partner Grinder
In teams of 2 complete the following for time:
1600 M med-ball relay run
100 – Burpees
200 – Push-up or 300 Sit-up
300 – DU or 2 to 1
400 M walking lunge relay with the med ball – only the team member with the ball can move the team forward
Can work at the same time except on the lunge – 40 min cap
