Open WOD 14.1
Each person will do the WOD while being counted/judged. If you are signed up for the open your score will be recorded both on the whiteboard and on score sheets that will be provided. If you are not signed up for the open it will not be necessary to record your score except on the whiteboard.
Warm-Up: Burgner Warm-up as a class
WOD- 10 Min AMRAP
30 Double Unders (Mod 90 singles)
15 Power Snatch- 75/55#
(If you are competing in the open you must do all movements RX)
