Station 4 – 50 Jumping Squats or 25 Burpees
Home Base
Station 5 – 5 Rope Climb or 60 Knees to Elbows
Home Base = 15 Thrusters (45#/35#), 15 KB Swings (24/16k), 15 Box Jumps (24″/20″), 15 Sit-ups
As partners you will complete the work at each station (1 person working at a time). After each station you will go to “Home Base” all necessary movements (both athletes working)
