WOD…Jan 10th…multiple AMRAP’s!

Strength – Partner with someone whose 1 rep max for back squat is similar to yours.  Warm-up to 60% of your max.  With 1 rack (freestanding or pull-up rig) you will alternate every other minute for a total of 14 minutes.  During your “minute” you will complete 5 back squats and 3 front squats.  Each person will complete 7 rounds.


3 min AMRAP – DU

3 min AMRAP – Strict Press – 115/75#

3 min AMRAP – Single arm KB OHS – 16/24K

3 min AMRAP – Air Squat

Rest 1 minute between AMRAP’s and record reps each round
