12 – Calorie Row

12 – Slam Ball

12 – PGTOH

12 – KB front rack lunge steps (left and right = 1)

Partner 1 starts on row and partner 2 on WB.  You will move to the next movements only when both are done.  Then partner 1 on PGTOH and partner 2 on lunge.  Both complete and you move back to row/WB with other person completing the movement they previously did not perform
