WOD…Jan 16th…Team!

Team WOD – 20 min AMRAP
In teams of 3 complete the following movement starting with 2 reps and increasing by 2 upon every rotation
Goblet Squat – AHAP
Power Snatch – 75/55#
Wall Ball – 20/14#
(EMOM all will perform 3 burpees)
Each person starts at a station and then rotates to the next. Rotation cannot happen until all reps are completed. During the latter rounds (higher reps) your teammates can help complete a station. Score is total reps completed.
